Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Travel Space (“Travel Space,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website travelspace.shop and the related online store, customer support, marketing communications, and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). Travel Space is operated by Rigoberto Lopez.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, create an account, communicate with us, make a purchase, request a return or refund, or otherwise use the Services. It also explains the privacy rights and choices that may be available to you.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household. It does not include information that has been lawfully deidentified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
1. Personal Information We Collect

- Reviews, survey, promotion, and user-submitted content, if these features are offered, including product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, survey answers, and promotion entries.
- Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.
Please do not send us sensitive information that is not necessary for us to provide the Services.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Shopify
Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide storefront hosting, checkout, analytics, security, fraud prevention, payment-related services, customer accounts, Shop, Shop Pay, and other commerce services, depending on the features you use. Shopify may act as our service provider or processor and, for some Shopify consumer services, as an independent controller or business.
You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Cookie Policy.
Payment and financial-service providers
We disclose transaction and payment-related information to the payment providers actually offered at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, card networks, banks, digital wallets, PayPal, or other providers. The providers currently enabled by Travel Space are: Shopify (including Shopify Payments and Shop Pay) and the payment providers made available to you at checkout.
Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations. Travel Space generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
Suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers
Travel Space may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, dropshipping partners, and carriers to fulfill orders. We may provide them with information such as your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, purchased items, order number, shipping method, customs information where applicable, and delivery instructions. They may use this information only as necessary to process, ship, track, and support your order or as otherwise permitted by law.
Our currently approved fulfillment provider or providers are: DSers and the suppliers connected through its platform, together with the warehouses and shipping carriers used to process and deliver orders.
Some fulfillment providers or carriers may operate outside your state or country. See International Data Transfers below.
Technology and business service providers
We may disclose personal information to vendors that help us provide the Services, including providers of hosting, cloud storage, website functionality, customer support, email or SMS delivery, reviews, surveys, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, accounting, tax, legal, insurance, analytics, and marketing services. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual or legal restrictions.
Analytics and advertising partners
If enabled, analytics and advertising partners may collect or receive information about your device, browsing activity, product interactions, cart activity, and purchases. Depending on the law where you live, these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged for your personal information.
Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, court order, subpoena, governmental request, or legal process; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or security issues; protect rights, property, or safety; or respond to an emergency.
Business transactions
Personal information may be disclosed to advisers, lenders, investors, buyers, or successors in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.
At your direction
We may disclose information to another party when you ask us to do so, connect a third-party service, or otherwise consent to the disclosure.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Travel Space, Shopify, and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies can be grouped into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies support core functions such as page navigation, security, fraud prevention, checkout, cart contents, customer authentication, and privacy preferences. The Services may not function correctly without them.
- Functional or preference cookies remember choices such as language, region, account preferences, and other settings.
- Analytics or performance cookies help us understand visits, traffic sources, product interactions, checkout behavior, errors, and performance so we can improve the Services.
- Advertising or marketing cookies help measure campaigns, attribute purchases, create audiences, limit repeated advertising, personalize advertising, and show relevant promotions on other services where permitted.
You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or privacy settings made available on the Site. You can also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect functionality. Cookie choices are browser- and device-specific and may need to be repeated on another device or after cookies are cleared.
Where required by applicable law, we recognize supported opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to all Do Not Track settings. GPC and the privacy controls provided through Shopify are separate from generic Do Not Track settings.
For additional information about Shopify cookies, review the Shopify Cookie Policy.
5. Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel
The following descriptions apply only when the relevant service is enabled on Travel Space.
Google Analytics and Google services
We may use Google Analytics and related Google services to measure website traffic, product and checkout interactions, campaign performance, and aggregate usage trends. Google may receive information such as cookie identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, referring URLs, page views, and event data. Where required, analytics cookies and related processing are activated only after consent.
For more information, review the Google Privacy Policy. You may also be able to use Google’s browser-based analytics opt-out tools and Google account advertising controls.
Meta Pixel
We may use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools to measure advertisements, understand whether visitors take actions such as viewing a product, adding an item to a cart, beginning checkout, or completing a purchase, and create or reach advertising audiences. Meta may receive browser, device, cookie, page, and event information. If advanced matching is enabled, identifiers such as an email address or telephone number may be transformed before being transmitted for matching, subject to our settings and applicable law.
For more information, review the Meta Privacy Policy and the privacy and advertising controls available through Meta services.
TikTok Pixel
We may use the TikTok Pixel and related TikTok for Business tools to measure traffic and campaign performance, optimize advertising, attribute conversions, and create or reach audiences. TikTok may receive browser, device, cookie, page, and event information, including events such as product views, cart activity, checkout, and purchases. If advanced matching is enabled, certain identifiers may be transformed before being transmitted for matching, subject to our settings and applicable law.
For more information, review TikTok’s user-facing privacy policy and privacy controls through TikTok’s legal and safety resources.
6. Targeted Advertising; Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Travel Space does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
However, if advertising pixels, audience tools, or cross-site advertising services are enabled, our disclosure of identifiers, cookie data, device data, browsing activity, or purchase-event data to advertising partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for “targeted advertising,” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may opt out by:
- Selecting the Your Privacy Choices or data-sharing opt-out link in the Site footer.
- Adjusting choices in the Site’s cookie banner or privacy settings.
- Sending a supported Global Privacy Control signal from your browser or extension.
- Contacting us at privacy@travelspace.shop if an online control is unavailable or you need assistance.
An opt-out generally applies to the browser and device used to submit it. You may need to repeat the choice on other browsers or devices and after clearing cookies.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Marketing Communications
You may subscribe to launch announcements, newsletters, promotions, or product updates by providing your email address or, if offered, telephone number. Where required, we request consent before sending marketing messages.
You can stop promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in an email. If SMS marketing is offered, you can follow the opt-out instructions in the message, including replying STOP where applicable. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional messages necessary to complete a transaction, provide customer service, protect your account, or comply with law.
We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can honor your opt-out request.
8. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar legislation require a legal basis, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- Performance of a contract, including processing and delivering your order, providing an account, handling a return, or responding to a request made before a purchase.
- Legitimate interests, including operating and improving the Services, preventing fraud, securing the Site, understanding customers, providing customer support, and marketing similar products where allowed, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent, including for certain cookies, targeted advertising, email or SMS marketing, or other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, consumer protection, sanctions, fraud prevention, law-enforcement, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Protection of vital interests or legal claims, where applicable.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Complete and support orders, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, and transaction records.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Manage chargebacks, disputes, complaints, and legal claims.
- Honor marketing choices and privacy requests.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
The retention period depends on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, applicable limitation periods, legal requirements, risk of harm, and whether the information is needed for security or dispute resolution. When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backup cycles and legal exceptions.
Shopify and other independent providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, secure payment processing, fraud monitoring, service-provider reviews, and account-security controls.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or communications.
11. International Data Transfers
Travel Space, Shopify, payment providers, analytics and advertising partners, suppliers, fulfillment providers, and other service providers may process personal information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Where required, we rely on recognized legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data-processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may contact us for additional information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Access or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information.
- Receive certain information in a portable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request where applicable.
- Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, contact privacy@travelspace.shop and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or use the privacy request or Your Privacy Choices tools available on the Site.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Verification may require matching information you provide with information already associated with your account or order. We will request only the information reasonably necessary for verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny or limit it as permitted by law.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and, for requests that require verification, may also ask you to verify your identity directly.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, send an email to privacy@travelspace.shop with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
For personal information processed independently by Shopify through Shop, Shop Pay, or other Shopify consumer services, you may need to submit a separate request through Shopify’s privacy controls.
